RSMC services is currently hiring for full time Associate Dentists and managing Clinical Directors with full time availability for our dental support organization (DSO) office.

• Position: Full-time Dentist

• Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year

• Location-Specific Offers:

  • $15,000 sign-on bonus

  • $7,500 relocation stipend

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a patient-centered dental team

• Provide high-quality, ethical dental care

• Conduct full-mouth exams & diagnose conditions

• Present treatment options and educate patients

• Deliver efficient, excellent clinical treatments

• Collaborate with operations team to meet financial objectives

• Mentor and coach dentists and dental staff

• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through CE

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
