Maven Dental Port Lincoln is looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our supportive and close-knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves helping people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and customer service. This is a dual-role position where no two days are the same. You will support both the clinical and front office teams, playing an important part in ensuring our patients have a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clinicians during dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
• Providing outstanding patient care and support
• Managing appointments and patient enquiries
• Greeting patients and creating a welcoming environment
• Handling patient records and administrative tasks
• Supporting the team with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Qualifications

• Previous dental experience is highly regarded but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Applicants must have/obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC info click here)
