About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader Dental Assistants, Surgery & Oral Medicine. The role provides leadership, coaching and direction to the dental assistants working in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Medicine and the Day Surgery Unit at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne.
The Team Leader provides support to the clinical areas by coordinating DA operational activities. This role will support the provision of high quality care through a culture of respect, safety, transparency, accountability, teamwork and collaboration ensuring the promotion of multi disciplinary teamwork.
