This is a great opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant ready to step into leadership, or an existing Clinical Lead looking for a supportive and high-performing environment.

About the Role

As Clinical Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day clinical operations while leading and developing your team. You’ll work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, delivering an exceptional experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting Dental Assistants
• Overseeing clinical workflows and chairside support
• Managing stock, equipment, and clinical standards
• Ensuring compliance, infection control, and best practice
• Driving team performance, engagement, and consistency

About You

You’re someone who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy supporting others and take pride in delivering high-quality patient care.

You’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years dental assisting experience
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
• Experience supporting, training or mentoring team members (informal or formal)
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent communication and a patient-first approach
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
