About the opportunity

At Bupa, purpose meets possible. Located in the heart of Goondiwindi, Dental on Bowen has been caring for the local community for over 30 years. As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist you’ll play an important part in creating a warm and welcoming experience for our patients, whether you’re supporting the team chairside or helping things run smoothly at reception.

You’ll build meaningful connections with our patients and be part of a close-knit team that’s proud to care for its local community.

Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility.

Just imagine the impact you could make.

What you’ll need to make it possible

• A passion for patient care and creating a welcoming experience for every patient
• Confidence supporting clinicians and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high infection control standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• A genuine desire to build trusted relationships with patients and support the local community

Why you’ll love it?

• We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves.
• Convenient free parking on site
• With access to continuous learning, development programs, and internal career pathways, you’ll be supported to grow your career and take the next step with confidence.
• Our employees can access wide range of benefits: from our own products (incl. health insurance discounts) to many other products and services via our partnerships program (like Apple, Samsung, JB Hi-Fi, plus gym and spa discounts to name a few). We reward our people and celebrate their success, provide initiatives that develop careers and look after our people’s health, wellbeing, and futures.

Here at Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued. We are committed to building diverse teams that are reflective of the communities we serve and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace free from discrimination, bullying and harassment. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, veterans, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ applicants and are dedicated to removing barriers to participation.

If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s shape the future of healthcare, together.

For successful candidates, a Working with Children Check permit is required as part of our mandatory background check screening process.
