nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres — operating up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods — and we're looking for multiple experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in permanent full-time positions!

Join a very busy, well-run centre with a strong, established patient base
Get hands-on exposure to complex dental treatments alongside experienced clinicians
Work Monday to Friday within a great, supportive team
Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high-volume, fast-paced centre
Sterilisation and infection control
Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across a large, multi-chair centre
Working collaboratively within a large, professional team
Multiple permanent full-time positions available
Above award wages + penalty rates (where applicable)
Exposure to complex dental treatments and experienced clinicians

Dental Assistant experience preferred
Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume clinical environment
Strong understanding of infection control standards

Excellent communication and patient care skills
Available Monday to Friday
