Our Opportunity

Looking for a part-time role with variety? We're seeking Dental Assistants to join our nib Erina and Pacific Smiles Dental Erina centres. Experience is preferred, though we're happy to hear from motivated candidates keen to grow their dental career.

Our modern 4-chair practices deliver a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll be part of inclusive, welcoming teams that balance great patient care with plenty of laughs along the way.

• Thursday and Friday availability essential, with flexibility for at least one additional weekday
• Weekend availability is essential – higher hourly weekend rates apply!
• Both centres located within Erina Fair Shopping Centre, with shops, restaurants and cinemas right at your doorstep

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and/or reception is preferred
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
