Marsh Valley Dental | Downey, ID (Moving to McCammon, ID – September 2026)

At Marsh Valley Dental, we're expanding our team as we prepare to move into a brand-new office in McCammon this fall. With our practice continuing to grow, we're looking for two part-time Clinical Dental Assistants who are dependable, patient-focused, and excited to be part of a close-knit team.

Whether you're an experienced assistant or someone eager to begin a career in dentistry, we welcome individuals who have a positive attitude and enjoy helping others.

• $16–$20 per hour, depending on experience

Available Schedules

Assistant Position #1

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Two Fridays each month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Assistant Position #2

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike! Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visit
• Preparing treatment rooms before patient appointments
• Chairside assisting during restorative and preventive procedures
• Taking digital dental radiographs
• Performing intraoral scans and impressions
• Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Assisting wherever needed to help the team provide exceptional care

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and professional
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with patients and coworkers
• Willing to learn new skills and embrace new technology

Dental assisting experience is helpful but not required We are happy to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

CPR certification is preferred but can be obtained after hire.
