Our Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Merrylands centre on a casual basis, with the flexibility to support neighbouring Western Sydney centres too.

Our modern 3-chair practice offers a wide range of dental treatments, and you’ll join caring, community-minded teams focused on delivering outstanding patient experiences.

• Availability for a Thursday late close (7:15pm) is essential, with a minimum of 3 weekdays' availability overall
• Weekend availability is essential – higher hourly weekend rates apply!
• Centrally located in Stockland Merrylands, with capped paid staff parking, public transport access and everyday shops close by
• Flexible to support additional shifts at neighbouring centres
• Backed by supportive Centre Leaders and growing patient bases

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side, sterilisation and reception
• Prior experience with implants, GA and complex surgical work
• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
• A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
• Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
