Full-Time Dental Assistant - Maven Dental Samuel Street

Ready to take the next step in your dental career with a practice that genuinely invests in its people? Maven Dental Samuel Street is looking for a passionate, energetic Dental Assistant to join our friendly team in a full-time role

This full-time role offers a 9-day fortnight, including one evening shift and the occasional Saturday.

You’ll be a key part of our clinical team, providing chairside assistance, delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining high infection control standards, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Every day is varied, fast-paced, and rewarding.

What you will do:

• Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
• Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Reception duties: process payments, manage front reception, and provide exceptional patient service

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• A warm, reliable and motivated Dental Assistant
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Cert III in Dental Assisting is highly regarded
