About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Assistant to join our friendly and high‑performing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys managing people, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and clinical standards.

You will oversee the day‑to‑day clinical operations of a large, modern practice, support and lead the nursing team, maintain accreditation standards, and ensure smooth workflow across 13+ surgeries.

What you’ll need to make it possible:

  • Minimum 4–5 years’ dental nursing experience (essential)
  • Experience assisting with implants, orthodontics, and general dentistry
  • Experience in:
    • Ordering and stock control
    • Managing and running a large dental practice
    • Clinical team leadership
    • Accreditation processes and compliance
    • Rostering and roster management (essential)
    • Working in practices with 5+ surgeries
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to motivate a team
  • Friendly, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
  • Commitment to high clinical and patient care standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and a can‑do attitude
  • Work eligibility: Permanent work rights with no restrictions
