We’re looking for a Dental Assistant to join our wonderful team here at Real Life Dental | Westlake! We value teamwork, kindness, professionalism, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. •✨

Key Responsibilities

• • Assist the dentist with clinical procedures
• ✨ Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• • Take dental X-rays as permitted by state regulations
• • Maintain excellent sterilization and infection-control standards
• • Help patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit
• • Maintain accurate patient records
• • Work closely with our dentist and dental team
• • Keep the clinical environment clean, organized, and welcoming
• • Assist with scheduling and other office duties when needed

What we are looking for

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Dental assisting certification/credentials preferred
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Warm, friendly, and compassionate personality
• Professional and dependable
• Great communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
