At Dental Boutique Burnside we’re seeking passionate, full-time Dental Assistants to join our foundation team and help shape an unforgettable patient experience from day one.

If you have 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant and looking to begin a rewarding career in healthcare, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Chair-side support — assist clinicians in delivering precise, safe, and confident treatment
• Sterilisation & room preparation — maintain a pristine, organised, and efficient clinical environment
• Patient experience — welcome patients, provide comfort, and guide them through their visit
• Administrative support — assist reception when needed, including scheduling and patient communication
• Team collaboration — work closely with a supportive and dedicated team, committed to excellence

About You

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or equivalent experience)
• Clear, confident communicator with a positive and compassionate approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
• Eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in dental healthcare
• Availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays as the clinic grows
