About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who brings strong clinical knowledge, initiative, and a calm, patient-focused approach to every interaction.

Working closely with our clinicians, you’ll play an integral role in delivering seamless care across a range of general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.

You will:

• Provide high-level chairside assistance across a variety of procedures
• Deliver a premium patient experience with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Maintain exceptional infection control and sterilisation standards
• Anticipate clinician needs and support efficient treatment flow
• Assist with patient coordination, clinical records, and administrative support where required
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

You’ll succeed in this role if you:

• Have 1+ years experience as a Dental Assistant in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded)
• Are confident supporting a range of dental procedures
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are highly organised, proactive, and reliable
• Take pride in maintaining exceptional clinical and presentation standards
• Are confident using digital systems and adapting to modern technology
• Value teamwork, accountability, and continuous growth
