Coastal Dental Care Coolangatta is a modern, patient-focused practice conveniently located near Tugun, in our fresh new space. Led by Principal Dentist Dr Mateus De Mello, our friendly and collaborative team provides a full range of dental services, from general and restorative to cosmetic and children’s dentistry. We combine advanced technology with a gentle, personalised approach to deliver high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced team members.

Available positions:

• Full-Time Dental Assistant (38 hrs)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

• Part-Time Dental Assistant (36 hrs)

Monday – Thursday

• Part-Time Dental Assistant / Sterilisation Nurse (36 hrs)

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Our modern practice provides general, cosmetic and complex dental care in a supportive, professional team environment focused on exceptional patient care.

About You

You will play a vital role in supporting the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and care including:

• Experience as a dental assistant experience, ideally in chair-side and sterilisation
• Strong attention to detail, with an understanding of infection control
• Dental 4 Windows familiarity (desirable)
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable)
• A confident and energetic approach to work, with the ability to build trusting relationships with our patients
• A passion to deliver the best patient care for our growing patient base.
• Applicants must have full Australian work rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
