Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist with procedures, prepare patients for treatment, and maintain patient records.

**Qualifications:**

- Certification or registration as a Dental Assistant

- X-ray certification preferred

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations

- Sterilize and disinfect instruments

- Assist the dentist during procedures

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Schedule patient appointments

- Perform office tasks as needed to support the dental team
