The purpose of the Dental Assistant role is to support the delivery of safe clinical care and procedures and contribute to achieving patient care goals in dental health. This role ensures that all equipment and supplies adhere to infection control standards, including the sterilisation and processing of dental equipment and the treatment rooms are maintained in a safe and organised manner.

What you’ll need to make it possible

• Experienced – minimum 6 months in dental assisting
• Flexible – willing to travel across Central Coast, Lake Maquarie & Newcastle
• Reliable – with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Customer-focused – passionate about patient care
• Organised – with great attention to detail
• A great communicator – cheerful, approachable and team-oriented
• Ideally have a driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
