We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our growing surgical team. This full-time traveling position supports our oral surgeon between our Arcadia and Gilbert offices and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist the oral surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and surgical equipment.
- Take digital X-rays and assist with clinical documentation.
- Provide patients with pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
- Monitor patient comfort and deliver exceptional chairside support throughout treatment.
- Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
- Ensure operatories are stocked, organized, and ready for patient care.
- Travel with the oral surgeon between the Arcadia and Gilbert offices as needed.
- Support efficient daily clinical operations while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications
- Previous oral surgery assisting experience is required.
- Current dental assisting and X-ray certifications required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations.
- Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures and surgical instrumentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
