About the role

As a Dental Assistant, you will:

• Provide chairside assistance across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
• Ensure a smooth, calm, and positive experience for every patient
• Maintain high standards of sterilisation and infection control
• Support clinicians to deliver efficient, high-quality treatments
• Assist with clinical admin, records, and appointment support when required
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit clinical team

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Have 1+ years as a Dental Assistant
• Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable but not essential)
• Bring empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Are proactive, reliable, and love helping others succeed
• Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
