We are Blue Water Endodontics, a dental specialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We're seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of demonstrating top-notch endodontic care!

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
- Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
- Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
- Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
- Clean and set up treatment rooms
- Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
- Order and organize dental supplies
**This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of : Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm.

- ***$3000 sign-on bonus!*** paid in installments: $1000 at 90 days of employment, $1000 at 6 months, and $1000 at 12 months. Bonus payments are contingent upon active employment at the time of each payment date.

Dental Assistant

Qualifications:
- Michigan Dental Radiology certification is required for this role. Don't have it yet? We may be able to help cover the cost of obtaining your certification — ask us about this opportunity!
- Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated, people-focused candidates.
