The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment. In this role, you’ll support our clinicians across all aspects of the practice from chairside assisting and treatment preparation to maintaining infection control standards and delivering a seamless patient experience.

The Impact You’ll Make

Every day, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials in line with clinical protocols
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilisation standards
  • Support patient care by welcoming, preparing, and reassuring patients throughout their visit
  • Assist with clinical documentation, charting, and imaging as required
  • Contribute to efficient practice operations, including stock management and equipment care
  • Collaborate with the wider team to create a supportive, professional, and patient-focused environment

About You

You are organised, detail-oriented, and committed to
delivering excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

We’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)
  • Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows (D4W) software (essential)
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable)
  • Experience across chairside assisting, sterilisation, and reception support
  • Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively
  • Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to workplace health & safety and clinical compliance requirements
