Five Point Dental Specialists, Inc. (“FPDS” or the “Company”) is a fast-growing Dental Service Organization (“DSO”) based in Fort Worth, Texas. FPDS established an integrated dental network by entering into management services agreements with affiliated dental groups to provide, on an exclusive basis, business support and administrative services. FPDS currently provides management services to several locations across the United States and Canada focusing on orthodontics, oral surgery and pediatric dentistry.
