MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

· This position is responsible for the operational supervision and ongoing support of dental health care delivery at a fast paced, innovative clinic.

· Responsibilities include monitoring of all dental equipment, inventory, dental appointments and proper dental patient assistanceDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Respond to calls, text messages, email inquiry for dental appointments and sending confirmation messages.
· Respond to inbound calls from patients and conduct initial assessment of patients' condition over the phone including telephone triage all patients in need of dental care. Initial assessment of the patient’s dental condition and determine whether the patient needs to be seen in the dental setting. Prioritize for appointment the critical dental services and provide advice on safety precaution during dental visits like wearing of masks and accomplishing screening form.
· Coordinate with appropriate department regarding utilization of dental benefits
· Maintains the cleanliness of the entire dental clinic including but not limited to preparing treatment room or dental chair for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols; sterilizing and delivering instruments to treatment area; maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety and infection control procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Initial resolution of patient’s complaints, concerns, and disputes.
· Reporting of complaints from mismanaged dental treatment, unprofessional behaviour of dentists, and other behaviour by dentists that is detrimental to the business.
· Preparing necessary documents for business licenses, permits, etc.,
· Prepares patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient.
· Inform, coordinate and monitor use of systems and networks with the dentists in the clinic that includes documents of dental care services by charting in patient records; comprehensive oral health discussion especially for beyond routine treatments; and preparing and assisting in dental xray taking.
· Provide post-operative instructions to patients.
· Help in improving dental census and revenue by upselling, cross-selling, referring, re-scheduling, and following-up.
· Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
· Ensures operation of dental equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions.
· Maintains dental supplies inventory. Audit of dental supplies. Preparing requests for dental procurement and purchasing.
· Conserves dental resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
· Performs related duties as assigned by the clinic head.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Education : Graduate of any 4-year allied medical course
· Experience : With at least 1 year experience or training in clinic set-up
· Skills: Good communicator (English and Filipino), pleasing personality, courteous, punctual, critical thinker, and a team player. Proficient in office application (word, excel, ppt)
