Intown Smile Studio is now hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in Atlanta, Georgia!

We are seeking a new experienced Full Time Dental Assistant to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

Intown Smile Studio is a well established boutique practice located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Located in the Publix plaza with easy access to parking. Many shops, restaurants & city living within walking distance of practice.

Intown Smile Studio is known for cosmetic cases, smile make-overs and facial aesthetics. Intown Smile Studio may be a great fit for an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys technology, unique clinical philosophies and consider themselves a lifelong learner!

Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule:

Tuesday 6:45am-4:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm, Friday 6:30am-3:00pm, 30 minute lunch breaks

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Dentists chairside
  • Welcomes patients
  • Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
  • Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
  • Instrument sterilization according to regulations
  • Maintains accurate patient records
  • Lab tasks as instructed
  • Provide post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain clean and stocked operatories

Qualifications

  • 4+ Years of Assisting as Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, preferably in a Cosmetic Dentistry/General Practice
  • Required Experience with Cosmetic Cases such as Onlays/Inlays, veneers, smile makeovers, use of Digital Scanning
  • Experience in treatment planning and case presentations
  • Having an interest or experience in facial aesthetics (facials, fillers, botox, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience using Denticon PMS system is a plus!
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Experience with digital software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
