Schedule for the Dental Assistant:

• Monday: 9:30AM - 6:30PM

• Tuesday: 9:00AM - 6:30PM

• Wednesday: 9:30AM - 6:30PM

• Thursday: 9:30AM - 6:30PM

• Friday- 8:30AM - 4:30PM

• Saturday- 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (1-2 Saturdays per month)

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant:

• 3 year of experience required; 5 years minimum preferred

• Help with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide pre/post-care instructions.

• Assist the dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and readiness.

• Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and materials for appointments.

• Take and process dental X-rays, adhering to safety standards.

• Perform basic lab tasks like taking impressions and preparing molds.

• Monitor and order supplies to keep the practice stocked and organized.

• Recording treatment information in patient records
