About the Role

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who brings skill, warmth, and initiative to our team. While surgical dental assisting experience is highly regarded, it’s not essential we’re happy to provide training for the right person. However, you must hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting.

You Will:

• Support our dentists in chairside procedures across general, cosmetic, and surgical treatments
• Create a welcoming, calm experience for every patient
• Maintain immaculate clinical standards, including sterilisation and infection control
• Collaborate across the team to ensure seamless, five-star patient care
• Support with admin tasks, records, and appointments when needed

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 1+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
• Hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Cert IV is a bonus)
• Bring empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Are proactive, reliable, and love helping others succeed
• Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital systems
