About the Role

We’re seeking a Dental Assistant who brings skill, warmth, and initiative to their work. Surgical dental assisting experience is highly regarded but not essential training can be provided for the right person. A minimum Certificate III in Dental Assisting is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting dentists chairside across general, cosmetic, and surgical procedures
• Creating a calm, welcoming experience for every patient
• Maintaining impeccable clinical standards, including sterilisation and infection control
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver seamless, five-star care
• Supporting administrative tasks, records, and appointments when required

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 1+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant
• Hold at least a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Cert IV is a bonus)
• Are empathetic, detail-oriented, and communicate confidently
• Are proactive, reliable, and enjoy working in a team environment
• Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing clinic
• Are comfortable using digital systems and technology
