About the Role

We are seeking experienced Dental Assistants and Sterilization Nurses to join our Balwyn team. These roles are critical to maintaining exceptional clinical standards and delivering seamless patient experiences.

You will:

• Support dentists in chairside procedures across general, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry (Dental Assistants)
• Manage instrument reprocessing, sterilization, and infection control to the highest standards (Sterilization Nurses)
• Maintain immaculate clinical environments in line with current infection control protocols
• Deliver calm, professional, and welcoming patient experiences
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Support with clinical documentation and systems as required

About You

• Have proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Sterilization Nurse
• Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (Cert IV highly regarded for DAs) or relevant nursing qualification
• Have strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
• Are detail-oriented, reliable, and take pride in your work
• Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment
• Are confident using digital systems and modern dental technology
• Experience in surgical or implant dentistry is highly regarded, but not essential.
