1300SMILES Rockhampton is growing, and we’re excited to offer both a Full-Time and Casual Dental Assistant opportunity within our supportive and friendly team.

We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Whether you’re an experienced Dental Assistant or someone eager to grow within the dental industry, we’d love to hear from you.

• Assisting dentists and dental professionals during a variety of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth clinical operations.
• Providing attentive support and care to patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment in line with infection control and health and safety standards.
• Sterilising instruments and managing the care, maintenance, and organisation of dental equipment.
• Contributing to a positive patient experience through professional communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience needed, we will train and support you through the process, and long after.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a compassionate nature.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Reliable and shows a great work ethic.

Note: Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate, with the opportunity, if wanted, to complete a Cert III in Dental Assisting.
