Full-Time Dental Assistant - 1300SMILES Chinchilla

Are you a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant looking to join a supportive and friendly team? 1300SMILES Chinchilla is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to become a valued member of our busy and welcoming practice.

At 1300SMILES Chinchilla, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a positive, professional, and team-focused environment. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, thrives as part of a collaborative team, and is passionate about creating a great experience for every patient.

In this role, you’ll provide chairside assistance to clinicians, support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, and help ensure our patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting dentists during a variety of dental procedures
• Preparing and sterilising instruments and treatment rooms
• Maintaining high standards of infection control and cleanliness
• Supporting patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience
• Managing stock and general clinical duties
• Assisting with reception duties when required

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
• Previous dental experience is preferred, however a willingness to learn and grow is equally important
• Availability to work full-time hours
