We are seeking a Dental Administrator for Whyte Avenue Dental Choice.

Location: Whyte Avenue Dental Choice

Position: Dental Administrator

Hours: Full-time

Monday & Tuesday - 11AM-7PM

Wednesday - 8AM - 4PM

Thursday OFF

Friday - 7AM-3PM

Alternating Saturday 8AM-1PM

Career Level Experienced Dental Administrator ( Minimum 3 year of Dental Administrator experience)

As our Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our dentist and team while creating a positive environment for patients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 year experience in Dental Administration role
• Proficient with all administrator duties including but not limited to scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, submissions for predeterminations, entering insurance payments, etc.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and dental providers.
• Expectational customer service, takes initiative, sense of urgency, motivates team.

Wage expectation is based on experience - ($28/hr- $33/hr) wage based on experience
