Your Role:
- Welcome andassistpatients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
- Optimizethe daily appointment schedule to ensure fullutilizationwith minimal gaps
- Effectively manage the recall system andmaintainaccurate, up-to-date patient records
- Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
- Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
- Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments,submitinsurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner
About You:
- Minimum 1 year ofDental Administrationexperienceisrequired
- Experience with dental software programs isrequired
- Clinical backgroundis considered anasset
