Job Description

Our client, a dental office in Oakville at North Service Rd/Fourth Line is seeking an  experienced Dental Administrator/Treatment Coordinator.

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in dental software & computer skills (Dentrix)
  • Able to discuss dental treatment/finances with patients
  • Minimum 2 years experience
LOCATION:
  • Oakville @ North Service Rd/Fourth Line
HOURS: 
  • Tues, Wed, Fri (9–7)
  • Sat (9-5)
​ COMPENSATION: $27-$32 Depending on experience and performance 

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor

    • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

    • Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry

    • Process payments and insurance claims

    • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

    • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries

    • Perform general administrative duties as required
