Our growing practice is looking for a Dental Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while supporting a dedicated and high-performing dental team.

Location: Marda Loop Dental Choice
Hours
Monday 8am to 4pm
Tuesday & Wednesday 11am to 7pm
Thursday 8am to 4pm
Friday 8am to 2pm
What You’ll Do
Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy
Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly
Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care
Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure
