Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to support workforce scheduling and staffing operations at Denver International Airport (DEN). Reporting to operational leadership, the Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee schedules, monitoring attendance, processing scheduling changes, and supporting staffing requirements to ensure contractual obligations and operational needs are met.
This position serves as a key administrative resource for Operations and Human Resources leadership by maintaining accurate workforce data, supporting timekeeping processes, and ensuring adequate staffing coverage for a 24/7 airport security operation.

Employment Compensation & Benefits
Covenant Aviation Security offers a competitive compensation package, with a targeted compensation range of $24 per hour - $26 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and contract requirements.

Essential Functions
• Develop and maintain employee work schedules to ensure contractual staffing requirements are met.
• Review contract post requirements, staffing levels, and operational needs to create efficient workforce schedules.
• Monitor staffing levels and make recommendations regarding scheduling adjustments and workforce needs.
• Implement schedule modifications resulting from operational changes, leave requests, training requirements, and emergency staffing situations.
• Review, update, and maintain employee time and attendance records.
• Process time-off requests while balancing operational requirements and overtime considerations.
• Investigate and resolve scheduling discrepancies and timekeeping issues.
• Perform data entry and maintain records within scheduling, payroll, and workforce management systems.
• Generate reports related to staffing, attendance, overtime, and workforce utilization.
• Serve as a resource to management regarding attendance, scheduling, and workforce availability information.
• Provide administrative support to the Director, Operations Managers, and HR Manager as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in workforce scheduling, administrative support, payroll, timekeeping, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software applications.
• Ability to accurately manage and analyze workforce scheduling and attendance information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license or state-issued identification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required airport credentials and access privileges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules as needed to support a 24/7 operation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM), Workforce Management, Scheduling, Payroll, or Timekeeping modules.
• Experience with workforce management, scheduling, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
• Experience supporting large employee populations in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Physical Demands
• May require sitting, standing, walking, and moving throughout office and airport facilities for extended periods of time.

Work Environment
Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment located at Denver International Airport. The position requires regular interaction with employees, applicants, operational leadership, airport personnel, and external vendors.
Occasional work may be performed in operational areas of the airport, including training facilities, employee screening checkpoints, and other secured locations. The position may require exposure to varying noise levels, weather conditions, and airport activity when traveling between facilities or supporting operational needs.
The position may occasionally require work outside of normal business hours to support recruiting events, onboarding activities, employee relations matters, training programs, or operational requirements.
