Job Description

Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking a Fingerprint Agent to support the badging and credentialing operations at Denver International Airport (DEN) by assisting airport employees and other authorized personnel throughout the fingerprinting and badging process. This position is responsible for accurately collecting and entering required information, assisting individuals with fingerprint processing, identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the process, and providing clear and professional customer service.

As a key point of contact for individuals entering employment at the airport, the Fingerprint Agent serves as a representative of Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) and is expected to provide a professional, welcoming, and service-focused experience while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable DEN requirements and procedures.

The position rotates between the DEN Main Badging Office and Satellite Badging Office. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with federal holidays observed.

Employment Compensation & Benefits
Covenant Aviation Security offers a competitive compensation package, with a starting hourly rate of $21.65 per hour.

Essential Functions
• Perform duties associated with fingerprinting, background check, badging, and credentialing processes in accordance with DEN requirements and established procedures.
• Assist individuals with the fingerprinting process and ensure fingerprints and required information are captured accurately and completely.
• Enter, review, and maintain required information within applicable database systems and technology platforms.
• Verify information and documentation for accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Identify issues or discrepancies that arise during fingerprinting or badging processes and troubleshoot problems to help individuals successfully complete required steps.
• Provide clear instructions and general information to individuals navigating the DEN badging process.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and responsive customer service to new employees, airport personnel, and other individuals utilizing badging services.
• Represent Covenant Aviation Security professionally and positively during interactions with individuals entering employment or completing credentialing requirements at DEN.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriately safeguard sensitive personal, employment, fingerprinting, and background information.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities, issues, and transactions using designated forms, systems, and technology.
• Follow DEN Rules and Regulations and applicable City and County of Denver requirements related to assigned badging and credentialing responsibilities.
• Communicate identified issues, unusual circumstances, or matters requiring additional assistance to appropriate leadership.
• Maintain an organized work area and effectively manage multiple individuals, documents, and administrative tasks throughout the workday.
• Rotate between the DEN Main Badging Office and Satellite Badging Office based on operational needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Covenant Aviation Security management.
Minimum Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid government-issued driver's license or identification card.
• Must be able to speak, read, write legibly, and understand English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required airport credentials, badges, and access privileges.
• Ability to comply with airport and company appearance standards. Visible facial and body piercings are prohibited while in uniform. Tattoos on the head, face, and exposed areas of the neck must be covered at all times. Obscene, gang-related, ethnic or racially derogatory, or otherwise inappropriate visible tattoos are prohibited.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive personal and employment-related information.
• Must be able to use and maintain access to a FlyDenver account.
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and rotate between assigned DEN badging office locations.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, data entry, credentialing, badging, fingerprinting, human resources, security administration, or a related environment.
• Previous experience working in an airport, government, security, or other highly regulated environment.
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive personal information.
• Experience using database systems or other electronic recordkeeping platforms.

Work Environment
Work is primarily performed indoors in professional office and airport badging environments at Denver International Airport. The position rotates between the DEN Main Badging Office and Satellite Badging Office based on operational needs.

The position involves frequent interaction with individuals completing fingerprinting, badging, and employment-related requirements and requires professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and consistent customer service.
