To strengthen our team in Zagreb, we are looking for:

Technical Advisor - Patisserie

( Zagreb, Croatia)

Your Mission

As part of our growing R&D team, you will play a key role in inspiring artisan patisserie customers across Croatia. Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will provide high‑end technical expertise, create outstanding finished goods, and support customers with state‑of‑the‑art patisserie solutions based on Puratos’ focus product range.

You will work closely with Business Development and R&D teams to maintain existing business and open new opportunities through exceptional technical service, demonstrations, and innovative product concepts.

What you will do

• Inspire and support artisan customers by delivering technical demonstrations, trainings, workshops, events, and providing hands‑on troubleshooting for daily production challenges.
• Develop innovative fine patisserie finished goods and concepts by tracking global and local trends, creating recipes, and tailoring product solutions for customer visits.
• Support business development through promotion of Puratos focus products, strengthening existing partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to marketing activities.
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing on new product development by providing technical insights, performing product tests, participating in launches, and preparing materials such as photos, videos and concept presentations.
• Maintain a professional Innovation Center environment and build networks, ensuring operational readiness, managing CRM reporting, and developing strong connections with schools, equipment manufacturers and patisserie associations.
  
  

What we expect from you

• Experience in fine patisserie or a similar artisan environment.
• Strong technical understanding of ingredients, processes and patisserie equipment.
• Willingness to travel across Croatia.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel; CRM is a plus).
• Fluent Croatian and English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire customers.
• Creative, curious and eager to develop.
• Independent, proactive and a strong team player.
• Patisserie‑related certificates are a plus.
