We’re looking for experienced Demo Operators join our team on major projects across Melbourne to work within the MWEnviro and Multiworks Civil!

About the role

We are seeking experienced Demolition Excavator Operators to join the team. As a Demolition Excavator Operator, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects across Melbourne

• Operate excavators and other civil plant and equipment for structural demolition and site clearance. Size ranging from 20 tonne +
• Undertake trenching, batter work, and structural demolition tasks
• Perform thorough daily inspections of plant and equipment using pre-start checklists
• Work in accordance with JSEA, SWMS, and site-specific quality, safety & environmental plans
• Deliver your scope of works safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction
• Attend pre-start meetings and follow instructions from your supervisor
• Maintain high levels of health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

What are we looking for?

• Min 5 years' experience operating an Excavator on Structural Demolition Projects
• Prior experience using excavator attachments (shears, grapple, bucket etc)
• Current Excavator VOC, White Card
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in high-risk environments
• Team player with a proactive attitude
