-Demo & POC Advisor

Scope:

The Demo & POC Advisor provides senior-level execution leadership and advisory partnership for high-impact demos, POCs, and pilot engagements. This role shapes execution strategy for complex and strategic customer opportunities, ensuring solution credibility, scalability, and alignment with advisory objectives. You’ll architect compelling narratives that showcase how Blue Yonder's innovative solutions solve the most complex challenges faced by our customers. You will be at the forefront of our pre-sale’s efforts, translating business pain points into powerful, real-world demonstrations that drive multi-million-dollar sales opportunities.

What you’ll do:

 Serve as execution lead and advisor for complex, enterprise-scale demos, POCs, and pilots involving multiple solutions, advanced scenarios, or strategic customers.

 Partner with Solution Advisors and advisory leadership to shape demo and POC execution strategy aligned to customer objectives and value messaging.

 Design and oversee advanced environment architectures, data strategies, and execution models to support complex solution demonstrations.

 Anticipate and mitigate execution risks across technical, data, and operational dimensions.

 Set and evolve execution standards, tooling, and best practices to drive consistency, scalability, and quality across the POC / Demo function.

 Provide expert guidance and escalation support to Sr Specialists and Specialists on complex execution challenges.

 Contribute to enablement, knowledge sharing, and capability development for the Demo & POC team.

 Influence continuous improvement initiatives related to demo infrastructure, tooling, and repeatable assets.

What we are looking for

 7-10 years of experience in supply chain planning solutions, with a strong techno functional background in consulting, implementation, or pre-sales role.

 Must have familiar with SQL, and exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, or Python.

 should be comfortable with high-level system architecture and eager to experiment with new technologies.

 Extensive experience delivering and advising on complex enterprise demos, POCs, or pilot engagements.

 Deep understanding of supply chain solutions, integration patterns, and customer value drivers.

 Ability to operate as a trusted execution advisor to senior Solution Advisors, Sales, and advisory leaders.

 Strong systems thinking, risk assessment, and execution governance capabilities.

 Proven ability to influence without direct authority and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a desire to improve your presentation abilities
