We are looking for Demo Operations Manager, who will join a highly experienced team and take ownership of planning and delivering technology demonstrations across Ukraine and international markets. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced defense solutions and contribute directly to how innovative technologies are showcased, tested, and introduced to customers and partners around the world.

Location: ONLY Lviv (on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee technology demonstrations in Ukraine and international markets, ensuring successful planning and execution.
• Coordinate all demo preparation activities together with different teams, including logistics, documentation, equipment readiness, scheduling, communication, and cross-functional alignment.
• Support and participate in live demonstrations, field trials, and customer-facing events.
• Serve as the key representative of the Demo division throughout the preparation and execution phases of demonstrations.
• Ensure demonstrations meet predefined goals, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Identify potential risks, proactively address challenges, and make effective decisions in dynamic and high-pressure situations.
• Take ownership of projects and drive activities to successful completion, delivering measurable and tangible results.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently with international customers and partners.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects, operations, or events involving hardware, logistics, and field activities.
• Practical experience with, or solid understanding of, export control and dual-use goods procedures.
• Ability to remain productive and make sound decisions in fast-changing and demanding environments.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience coordinating or participating in technology demonstrations, field evaluations, customer trials, or validation events.
• Previous experience within defense, aerospace, UAV, robotics, or related high-tech industries.
• Previous collaboration with international customers, government organizations, or global technology partners.
