What We Are Looking For

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a Chef (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position within upscale hospitality or gastronomy
• You are creative and open to new ideas
• You have solid knowledge of HACCP standards, as training, implementation, and monitoring of these standards will be part of your responsibilities
• Even in fast-paced and demanding situations, you lead our kitchen brigade with the highest commitment to quality
• You are fluent in German, English, and Mandarin

How You Will Support Us

• You are a passionate chef (m/f/d) with experience across all stations of a modern and creative kitchen and enjoy working with high-quality, fresh ingredients as part of a dedicated team
• You handle premium food products with expertise and ensure that every dish served to our guests consistently meets the highest quality standards
• You ensure that the high standards guests expect from Hilton are maintained at all times and continuously improved
• You support our kitchen team in the development of dishes, menus, and restaurant offerings
• You enjoy supporting young talents (such as our outstanding apprentices) throughout their learning journey and helping create an environment where they feel valued and comfortable
