Our Demi Chef - Sushi section has a perfect approach and attitude, immaculate appearance and lives the European luxury on daily basis. Further he/she shows willingness, flexibility, Straightforwardness and team spirit. He/She is aware of his role as internal host and lives the people-oriented service. He/she sees excellent relationship with guests, team members, superiors and managers naturally.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Kenyan citizen
  • Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management.
  • Computer literacy adapted to the field of culinary.
  • Excellent verbal oral, written communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
