
We are in search for an experienced Demi Chef in this pivotal role supporting the Head Chef delivering service and food excellence. The successful person will have a "can do" attitude and is a team player. With a supportive team of experienced Chefs around you, we know you will be learning new skills and feel valued as you contribute to the success of the hotel.
Naumi Auckland Airport is designed as a city escape, with spaces crafted and presented to elevate mood & soul. Located just minutes away from the International and Domestic airports, it offers 193 spacious designer rooms with patios, an outdoor swimming pool, gym, Restaurant & Bar and over 2500sqm of conference and meeting space (indoor and outdoor).
This full time position, reporting to the Executive Chef, will be part of the Naumi Auckland Kitchen team, responsible for managing our busy operations. The Kitchen team prepares a daily guest breakfast, daily team lunches, catering for conferences and events, and dinner service at Lunar restaurant, a culinary exploration of Asian-inspired cuisines, using locally sourced ingredients.
