As our Demi Chef de Partie – Thai Specialty, you will:

• Assist in the preparation and execution of authentic Thai dishes, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and team to develop innovative Thai menus that showcase fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
• Maintain an organized and spotless workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support all aspects of kitchen operations, including mise en place, cooking, plating, and ingredient management.
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless, memorable dining experiences for our guests.
• Embrace continuous learning and growth, expanding your expertise in Thai cuisine and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of culinary experience, with a focus on Thai cuisine and at least 1-2 years in a similar role as a Demi Chef de Partie.
• Proficiency in a range of Thai cooking techniques, including skillful use of spices, herbs, and traditional Thai ingredients.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
