We’re looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our passionate culinary team. You help bring our dishes to life, working with fresh ingredients and attention to detail to create high-quality, beautifully presented meals. With dedication, creativity and a love for the culinary arts, you contribute to memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Your Role in Our Story:

• Maintaining mise en place for smooth service operations
• Preparing high-quality culinary dishes and components mainly consisting of fresh ingredients.
• Finalizing dishes by portioning, plating, performing à la minute cooking tasks, garnishing, and checking presentation.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, ensuring everything is in place to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure food preparation is done efficiently, following all hygiene and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• We have this position available in Pulitzer Garden and Jansz. This vacancy is for Pulitzer Garden.
• Some experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or a similar role in a professional kitchen.
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the kitchen.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
