What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and presenting high-quality international dishes with consistency and creativity
• Supporting menu planning based on family preferences and seasonal ingredients
• Preparing simple desserts and assisting with basic pastry items when required
• Maintaining impeccable food hygiene, kitchen organization, and safety standards
• Managing your section efficiently and professionally
• Collaborating with a close-knit, trusted kitchen team
• Upholding the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality

What We're Looking For

Cuisine Expertise: International Cuisine

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar culinary role

Technical Skills:

• Sound knowledge of international cooking techniques
• Basic pastry and dessert preparation skills preferred

Language:

• Good English communication skills, both spoken and basic written

Qualifications:

• Culinary and/or Food Hygiene certification preferred
