They are dedicated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the Head Chef and Chef de Partie while ensuring every dessert is prepared with precision and consistency. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while supporting a collaborative and respectful kitchen environment

• Prepare high-quality dishes while following recipes, standards, and the restaurant’s culinary vision

• Support and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and encouraging development within the pastry team

• Adapt to changing priorities during service while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail

• Take pride in delivering exceptional food experiences by contributing to guest satisfaction and overall kitchen performance

  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, or in a similar role within a high-quality hospitality environment

• Solid knowledge of kitchen techniques, methods, food safety procedures, and HACCP standards

• Passion for creating high-quality food with strong attention to detail, consistency, and presentation

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing kitchen demands

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency

• Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to menu innovation.

• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Located in or nearby Gibraltar

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
