Position Summary

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Chef de Partie in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes across Food & Beverage outlets. You will ensure compliance with food safety standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences for guests while supporting a collaborative team environment.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes in accordance with recipes, brand standards, and guest expectations.
• Support food preparation activities including portioning, chopping, storing, and cooking ingredients.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistency and reduce waste.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and compliance procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Collaborate closely with culinary, Food & Beverage, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions, briefings, menu tastings, and product knowledge activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked workstations while adhering to health and safety standards.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation standards.
• Understanding of HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in operating commercial kitchen equipment safely.
• Mandatory Level 2 Food Hygiene Certification (minimum qualification requirement).
