As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Demi-Chef de Partie, ready to embody excellence and the highest standards of French gastronomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chef de Partie in all preparations

• Execute mise en place according to standards

• Strictly follow recipes and portion control

• Maintain station cleanliness and organization

• Contribute to team efficiency

Skills & Soft Skills:

• Food preparation and plating according to established standards

• Preparation and management of mise en place

• Ability to manage a specific kitchen section (sauce, larder, pastry, etc.)

• Teamwork

• Attention to detail

• Sense of responsibility

• Motivation and willingness to learn
