The opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Demi Chef to join our team. The Demi Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly. The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in all areas of this fast-paced kitchen.

We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.

We offer a competitive annual salary + superannuation.

About You

• You have a culinary qualification of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Diploma in Hospitality
• You have 2+ experience in commercial kitchen
• You will have knowledge of food professional principles and practises
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
• You are capable, reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
• You are available to work in the evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
